The ElvaX Jewelry Lab is a compact, high-accuracy analyzer designed for the precise analysis of jewelry and precious metals, offering results within seconds. It measures both percent share and karats while detecting coatings and non-standard alloys, making it an essential tool for professionals. The instrument can operate autonomously using an embedded computer with a high-resolution touchscreen display or via a PC with ElvaX™ software. It features an integrated CCD camera for precise targeting of sample areas, a 6-position collimator changer for spot diameters ranging from 1 to 10 mm, and high-accuracy scales. The built-in printer allows users to print analytical certificates containing chemical composition, weight, and price. A leaded glass window ensures visibility of the sample during analysis, while a customer display adds transparency. The device’s rechargeable Li-ion battery supports six hours of continuous operation, making it suitable for fieldwork. With its intuitive interface, high speed, and accuracy (better than 0.1%), the ElvaX Jewelry Lab is a compact, space-saving solution for gold and silver purity determination, gold assay, and detecting non-standard alloys and coatings. The system supports data transfer via USB, Micro SD, or Ethernet and allows data input using a keyboard or mouse. This benchtop analyzer provides everything needed for reliable, professional-grade results.
